George was my General Manager at Ground Round, Beechmont Ave, Anderson Township. I learned many life lessons from George who truly cared not only for the guest but for his employees. He single handedly put together a benefit/auction/dinner for a server who was severely injured in a car accident, several Cincinnati Reds players were in attendance. I really just wanted George's family to know what a kind, giving, charitable person he was. Though we did not keep in contact after I joined the Navy, I thought about him many times over the years. thank you for your kindness George!

Sending prayers to Dixie and Family during this difficult time. My heart is broken. George hired me at the Olive garden 30 Years ago. Here is where I had the opportunity to know George and Dixie. He always made me laugh with his quirky personality. Recently George joined the Team working at the Delta Skyclub as the GM. He was the piece to the missing puzzle. He was determined to succeed and in just a few months he was part of the family and made us all laugh daily. He was a generous and caring man and dear friend. George will be deeply missed.

Wade and I were both hired by George at the Florence Olive Garden way back in 1996 & 97.. and Wade still works there today. We have always had a genuine respect for George and loved working for him. It was never a dull moment with his sense of humor (although some might have called it sarcasm lol).. and he was always ready to acknowledge your hard work and effort. We will always remember him fondly.. please accept our deepest condolences
Sincerely, Wade & Jessica

George; my brother (Bud) always loved music. He used to bring home a new album and asked me to go listen to the new album with him. It's probably where my love of music began.
I'll miss you and I'll always remember you.

I used to love chatting with George when he’d call for Dixie when we were closing together at the OG Colerain. I remember when he shared that he was going to propose and how he was going to do it. He was just so excited to tell someone. Oh how he made Dixie so happy. My heart breaks for her and the entire family. Sending so much love. -Alexa

Even though I only got to know Mr. Weber for little over a month, he definitely made an impact on me. All of us at the Delta Skyclub are devastated that he's gone and we'll all miss him very much. I know that I'll never forget his kindness and how funny he was. He always calmed my nerves and made me laugh, which always made me feel very comfortable and gave me so much respect towards him.
Please rest well Mr. Weber. You'll need your energy and strength to make a bunch of other people happy and laugh. Wherever you go, I'm sure everyone will all be very happy to have you, just as happy as you always made us.
