He was the best man, neighbor, and friend. We loved our "over the fence" chats. He had so much wisdom to share with his stories. He was Nick's mentor when it came to fixing things or anything machine operated. He mentioned frequently about wanting to be reunited with Truda, the love of his life. His love for her was like no other. My children loved him as well. Talin would often ask to visit and he would return with a Dr Pepper or Coke and a snack or candy. We will always hold a special place in our heart for "Ho baby" (as Nick called him) and Mr Bowlin (as the kids called him). He surely lived a great life. I hope he's now dancing with his beautiful bride. Rest easy.
Love,
Arin, Nick, Laynie and Talin Staples
