Obituary of Steven Leroy Langner
Steven Leroy Langner, of Independence, KY passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the vibrant age of 66 years young.
He was born in Hardin, MT on January 2, 1956; the son of Loren and the late Elizabeth Langner. Steven worked for KOI Auto Parts and had a passion for car shows, often showing off the Mustang and Firebird he owned. His greatest joy, however, came from spending time with his family who he cherished deeply.
Preceding Steven in death was his mother, Elizabeth Langner and two sisters, Mary Hanchett and Beverley Langner.
Those left surviving to carry on Steven’s legacy include his loving wife of 46 years, Cindy Langner; children, Christy Rutherford, Mark Langner and Terra Wheeler; father, Loren Langner; grandchildren, Nathan Langner, Jillian Rutherford, Austin Langner, Hannah Langner, Andariel Wheeler, Airk Wheeler and Akua Wheeler; great-grandchild, Liam Wheeler; as well as many other close relatives and friends who are now emptier upon his passing.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, no formal services will be held for Steven.
