Obituary of Samuel William Howard

Samuel William Howard, 80, of Walton, died Aug. 29 at his residence. He was a retired union electrician and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Walton.
Survivors include daughters, Sandra Jean Kruise of Bonita, Calif., Susan Kay Smith of San Diego, Calif., and Sheri D. Howard of California; brothers, James Howard of Lompoc, Calif., and Emmitt Howard of Benton, Calif.; sisters, Virginia Kacaba of Williamstown, Flora Ryan and Florence Ryan, both of Walton, and June Acra of Edwardsville, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. A gathering of friends will begin there at 2 p.m. Sunday. Entombment will be in Walton Cemetery.
