Obituary of Louis Noyd

Louis Elmer Noyd, 66, of Edgewood, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.
He was a retired professor of economics from Northern Kentucky University and a member and elder at Bethany Lutheran Church, Erlanger.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Noyd; a son, Nathanael Noyd of Dayton, Ohio; daughters, Jamie Noyd and Kimi Rolfsen, both of Edgewood; a brother, Frank Noyd of Ukiah, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Feb. 23 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Erlanger. Visitation will begin there at 3 p.m. Feb. 23. Mr. Noyd will be cremated.
Memorials are suggested to Bethany Lutheran Church Building Fund, 3501 Turkeyfoot Road, Erlanger, Ky. 41018.
Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling the arrangements.
