The Broken Chain We little knew the day that God was going to call your name, In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, but in God we put our trust, In times as difficult as this, faith is such a must. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again. Miss you dad. Forever together you and mom. I know you gave her a big hug and kiss from me like I asked you to do. Life is so sad and hard with out you and mom here with us. Hold mom's hand and know this time it will be forever.
