Obituary of Regina Brunen

Gina B. Brunen, 55, of Florence went to be with her Lord Monday, October 22, 2012. She was a teacher and then a caseworker for Boone County. Gina was a member of 7 Hills Church of Florence and formerly a member of Fellowship of Believers where she was a small group leader and also ran the nursery. However, her greatest passion was for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents W.M. "Butter" Rodgers and Ruth Roberts. Survivors include her husband Bob Brunen of Florence, daughter Holly (Benjamin) Releford of Florence; dad Richard Roberts of Florence; brothers Rick (Kim) Roberts of Union and Troy (Jenny) Roberts of Independence; grandchildren Calleigh and Colby Releford of Florence; and 5 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Florence Friday, October 26, 2012 from 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 1:30 PM. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery of Ft. Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 1 Medical Village Drive, Suite 430, Edgewood, KY 41017 or DCC Children's Home 75 Orphanage Rd. Ft.Mitchell, KY 41017.
