Obituary of Mary Peterson

Mary Ellen Jones Peterson, age 88, of Florence, died Wednesday, September 05, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a retired Assembly worker for Kenner Toys in Cincinnati, OH, who always placed her family first and loved spending time with them. Her son, Kenny Peterson preceded her in death in 2001. Survivors include her son, Roger Peterson of Panama City, FL; daughters, Jo Ann Barrett of Florence and Patty Fowler of Cincinnati, OH; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Graveside services will be at 12:45 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association 1701 North Beauregard Street Alexandria, VA 22311.
