I never knew Mr. Nie. However it is people like Marty, that offer their service to our comminities and their professions, that help our country advance. He will be missed I know in more ways than one. Thank you Marty for your service to this country, service to your great profession and the service to your community. I can now understand where your son Jack gets it from.
What a sweet man. And even though my memories are few, they're all good. I am sure he is Heaven with my dad, having many good laughs about the old times. He will be missed.
I've known Marty my entire life along with his family throughout the years. Got to see his son Jack enter into the profession many years ago. Marty offered more than a local business of helping others through medicine. His personalization in being a solid anchor to his community, knowing so many families that he prescribed medicine to, the willingness to offer sound advice that best represented their best interests was what Marty was all about. His dedication as a longtime veteran was his constant at the Memorial Day Parade, the annual flag burning event and many other well known dedications those who served their country well. . Thank you so much Marty for being the small town hero that you are, and will continue to be for so much that you did for all. Memorial Day 2013 will take on an entire new meaning and I with the help of others will make sure of that. God Bless Marty and his family through this passage of time. . Steven H.
