Obituary of Richard Piper

Richard Paul Piper, age 78, of Cincinnati, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at V.A. Medical Center. He was a retired driver for Tank Transit Authority and a member of Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, both Covington West Congregation and also Bridgetown Rd., Cincinnati Congregation. He enjoyed fishing, driving and watching Cincinnati Reds games. He is preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Piper, daughters, Patricia and Deborah Piper, also, grandson Phillip Joseph Piper. He is survived by: daughters, Debra Weghorn and Kathy Kamel, both of Cincinnati, Connie White of Crittenden, son James Piper of Florence, 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at Chambers & Grubbs Florence. Visitation will be from 10 am. till 12 noon with a funeral ceremony immediately following. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery.
Memorial donations are requested to the American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pk., Ft. Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
