Obituary of Howard Willenborg

J. Howard Willenborg, 81, of Demossville passed away Monday July 16, 2012. He was retired from the Covington Fire Department after 28 years as a firefighter and also from Tillman's Furniture after 33 years. Howard was also an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of St. Matthew Parish and enjoyed woodworking, farming, and motorcycle touring. He was preceded in death by his first wife Wanda and his brother Franklin. Survivors include his loving wife Nancy; daughters Brenda Mains (Rick Sr.) and Vicky Roland (David) both of Independence, Beverly Drahman (Jerry) of Demossville; brothers Alvin and Clyde Willenborg both of Florence, and Norbert Willenborg of Demossville; grandchildren Ricky Jr., Randy, DJ, Debbie and Jimmy; great-grandchildren Avery, Ryder, Andrew, and Aiden. Visitation will be Thursday July 19, 2012 from 5PM until 8PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Mass of Christian Burial Friday July 20, 2012 10AM at St. Matthew Parish. Burial at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
