Obituary of Geneva Madonna

Geneva Lucille Armstrong Bolen Madonna, 85, of Independence passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at Villaspring of Erlanger. She was a homemaker and sold real estate. Geneva was a faithful member of Staffordsburg United Methodist Church, an active member of the White's Tower PTA and served as president, a member of the Kenton County Homemaker's Club, and enjoyed golfing, fishing and crossword puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband Everett M. Bolen in 1988, son Roger Edward Bolen in 1999, brother Johnny Armstrong in 2009, and son-in-law Keith Coyle in 2007. Survivors include daughter Peggy Bolen Coyle of Florence; son Tim (Terri) Bolen of Independence; sisters Florence "Reek" Johnson of Florence and Noma Carty of Valrico, FL; brother Chester (Margaret) Armstrong of Walton; and grandchildren Jeremy Coyle, Kelly Bolen, and Katie Bolen.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM, Friday, May 18, 2012 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence. Funeral service will be 10 AM Saturday, May 19, 2012 also at the funeral home. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Garden of Taylor Mill.
