Beatrice Louise Clark Hills, 86

Taylor Mill, KY- Beatrice Louise Clark Hills, 86, of Taylor Mill, KY, died Wednesday 2 Oct 2024 at St. Elizabeth Hospital South, Edgewood, KY.

Born 26 June 1938 in Deer Creek, Mercer County, PA, she graduated from Commodore Perry High School, Hadley, PA in 1956.

She married Marshall Lee Hills in 1956. She was a farmer’s daughter, a homemaker, paper lady, doctor’s receptionist, Nursing Home receptionist, Cub Scout Leader, Church pianist, Sunday School Teacher, and Preacher’s wife. She enjoyed meeting family, friends, church members, and total strangers who easily became friends.

Surviving are a loving husband, Marshall; a son, Bob (LuLu); a daughter, Barbara; a son, David (Karen); a daughter, Diane (Mark); 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Marilyn. She is to be buried in Osborne Cemetery, Rensselaer, IN.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, Kentucky, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the time of service. A Graveside service will be held at Osborne Cemetery in Rensselaer, IN on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
