Obituary of Noelle Christine Bales
Noelle Christine Bales, 35, of Elsmere, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Daughter of Richard Bales and Kathy Oberting, Noelle was born in Ft. Thomas, KY on December 19, 1988. She graduated class of 2007 from Lloyd Memorial High School in Erlanger and later went on to receive her certificate in massage therapy.
A beloved mother, daughter, granddaughter, and aunt, Noelle cared deeply for her family. Noelle was known for her free-spirited personality, her kind and selfless heart, and her willingness to do anything for her friends and family if there ever was a need. Noelle was also known for her talents as an artist and loved to paint and crochet in her spare time. Most significantly, Noelle’s greatest joy came from being a mother and cherishing every moment spent with her daughter, Claire. In 2022, her most precious gift to give was the opportunity to become a surrogate for her sister, Hailey, in which her niece Emma Grace Maxey was born. Even after her passing, Noelle’s benevolence shined as she was a tissue and organ donor which has helped the lives of up to 75 people.
She will be forever missed by her life partner of 17 years, Ricky Bingham; daughter Claire Bingham; parents Richard Bales and Kathy Oberting; sister Hailey (Donald) Maxey; brother Curtis Bales; paternal grandparents Roger and Carol Bales; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Preceding her in death were her sister Heather Bales and maternal grandparents John and Judy Looney.
