Obituary of Tara Embry

Tara Embry, 69, of Owenton, KY, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. The daughter of the late Joseph and Margie {Ball} Nessler, Tara was born in Cincinnati, OH on August 24, 1954. She enjoyed volunteer work in her community, completing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her grandkids.

She will be deeply missed by her sons Jordon Embry and Jacob (Melinda) Embry; sisters Debbie (Pete) Roberts, Pam (Wayne) Bowling, and Darlene (Randy) Curtis; and grandchildren Karmyn and Jazmyn Embry.

In addition to her parents, Tara was preceded in death by her husband Dale Embry and sister Sharon Wilson.

A visitation will be held between 10 AM and 11 AM with a memorial service to immediately follow at 11 AM on Friday, July 5^th at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy Florence, KY 41042.
