He was the best neighbor anyone could ask for, I would be outside doing anything and he would always come over to help me. I had a dead bush close to my house. He said wait a minute and I will get it down. He was such a great guy always smiling. He made my grandson’s (Malachi) day. He gave him his first pocket knife. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. RIP Bill. Fly high my friend
