Obituary of Vivian "Viv" Alexander
Vivian Anne Alexander of Florence, age 85, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was born in Ludlow, KY on January 21, 1939, to the late Marian {Schotte} and Harry Heuser. Viv retired after working for many years as a paralegal in a law office. She was a faithful member of Mother of God Roman Catholic Church in Covington. Viv loved being in the company of others, especially her family. She was always a people person and enjoyed parties or get togethers. When she was younger, she was involved in community theatre and liked to go dancing. Viv also really enjoyed going shopping. She had a great sense of fashion and liked to look her very best. She often did not run any errands with out lipstick on! Even in her later years, Vivian was always young at heart. In her down time, she would watch game shows and reality TV. She was a beloved mother and grandma who will be missed beyond measure.
She is survived by her loving children, Shelli (Tim) Seiter, Scott (Jenny) Alexander, Lynne (Chris) Hammond, and Kelli Tranbarger; her 10 beloved grandchildren; as well as other close friends and relatives who will cherish her memory.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her stepfather, Joseph “Nervie” Nie; brother, Jack Heuser; and her sister, Judy Heuser.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Mother of God Roman Catholic Church, 119 W. 6th St. Covington, KY 41011.
