I loved coming to watch & listen to GenX. Lisa's energy & enthusiasm always lit up the evening. I talked to her several times at the shows; I felt like I had known her for years. She was a true lady with a wonderful soul. My heart goes out to her family. She was definitely taken too soon. RIP Dear Lisa! I know you are singing with the angels.

My husband and I would go see Gen X every chance we got. Usually at Hollywood in Lawrenceburg. Lisa and Don are two of the kindest, most loving people I've known. Lisa always made it a point to come by and say hi, and always gave me a hug. She always complimented me, and I would tell her, " you're the beautiful one!" She was truly so beautiful, inside and out. My husband and I will truly miss her. One of the most genuine, kindest people I've known. Fly high, beautiful angel. You will be so missed.

I remember the first time I met Lisa and Don .They were doing a karaoke show at a bar called Wildcats in Florence KY and I became a friend and a regular patron .Then when they formed the band Gen x I became a fan and even got to sing with the band several times and even videos their shows and helped them out when Lisa lost her voice from a surgery she had by proving that she had a beautiful voice before the surgery. God blessed this woman with talents beyond and even gave her voice back.She will be missed by many including myself.May she rest in piece and I'm glad I got to meet her

We met Lisa and Don through Genx well over a decade ago. From the second time we saw them, Lisa always greeted us with a smile and a hug. As stated elsewhere, she made EVERYONE feel like a friend from the beginning. She was not only an amazing musician, but an excellent person. Though I am sure there were times she was stressed or not feeling well or was tired, she never showed it and always made everyone around her feel like they were loved and appreciated and helped us escape our problems with her for a few hours.
She truly touched our lives in a real, deep way. She wasn't just some performer on stage. She was a beautiful person and we will miss those smiles and hugs.

Hey there Sweetie, although I was only in the band for 4 short years, your warm personality and positive outlook always made me feel like I’ve known you (and Don) for much longer that that. We still have the planter going that you and the band gave me when I had my heart attack back in 2021. Now I’m reminded of you when I see it daily in the front room window.
