Obituary of Bruce Slater

Bruce Slater, 69, of Cincinnati, OH, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. The son of the late Emil Leroy Slater Sr. and Alma Pauline {Springfield}, Bruce was born in Hamilton, OH, on January 6, 1955. Bruce was a simple and independent man that enjoyed long drives and spending time with his dog.

He will be deeply missed by his siblings Emil “Butch” Leroy Slater Jr., Rebecca “Becky” Rose (Henry) Brinkman, Barbara Griffith, Robert “Bob” Slater, Bonnie A. Dunihue, William “Bill” Paul (Tammy) Slater, and Bradley Blake Slater.

A visitation will be held between 11 AM and 12 PM on Monday, March 11^th at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042. He will be laid to rest immediately following the visitation at Evergreen Cemetery, 234 Center St. Miamiville, OH 45140.
