Obituary of Faye Scott
Fayerene (Faye) Scott, 78, of Erlanger Ky entered her eternal home on Thursday February 22, 2024 at her home at Villa Springs Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born on May 9, 1945 in Somerset Ky, the daughter of the late Charlie and Armilda (Wesley) Thompson. She grew up in a large loving family of 14 siblings.
She had several occupations throughout her life, her last before retirement as a housekeeper at MaidPro Cleaning Services.
Faye was a beautiful loving compassionate woman who leaves a tremendous legacy to her family, which includes: two daughters: Sharon (Ed) Hutton of Williamstown Ky; Tracy (Allan) Krebs of Union Ky: Three sons: Robin (Cary) Scott of Florence Ky; Shannon (Kelly) Scott of Cincinnati Ohio; Bo (Tonya) Scott of Independence Ky; Along with 17 Grandchildren and 20 Great Grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by our dad, Donald R. Scott in 1990; one son, Lancer Warren in 1983; one daughter, Brandy Christina in 1980; one grandson, Noah Edward Scott in 2001. As well as four brothers: Fred Thompson, James Thompson, Bennie Thompson and Gerald Thompson. Three sisters: Evelene Yaden, Norma Jean Conner and Lela Genece Daulton.
Faye leaves behind so many people that she loved and that loved her. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation in honor of Faye's life will be held between 10 AM and 12 PM with the funeral service to immediately follow at 12 PM on Wednesday, February 28th at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. There will be no viewing, at her request. She will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, KY.
