Carole had a profound love for people; she held strong friendships over the years and knew no stranger. She enjoyed driving, whether it was a short trip or long, cooking, fishing, meals with family, conversing with people, picnic lunches in the park, singing, and contributed to multiple charities. She spent many years boating, including annual full family vacations to Lake Cumberland, pulling water-skiers, and tubers, almost endlessly. She was also known for making the best darn sausage gravy and biscuits. Most of all, she cherished time spent with family.
