Connie Ann Ashton Chilelli, age 74, of Florence, KY, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. She was a former Certified Nurse Assistant for St. Luke Hospital. Her parents, George Ashton, Jr. and Bertha Francis Coomer Ashton preceded her in death. Connie is survived by her son, Tony Grizovic (Becky); daughter, Tammy McWhorter (Alan); siblings, Ron Ashton (Diana) and Debbie Fowler, grandchildren, Gage Grizovic, Carson Grizovic, Justin McWhorter (Emily), Tyler McWhorter, and Dillon Stone.
