Obituary of Judith Mardis Eastridge

Judith Mardis Eastridge, age 81, of Florence, KY, passed away December 31, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY.  Judy was a retired Substitute Teacher for Kenton County Schools and a member of Nicholson Christian Church.  She enjoyed crafts, especially sewing, card making and scrapbooking, and she was a member of the Kenton County Homemakers.  Her husband, Dwight Eastridge, and parents, Walter and Leola Mardis, all preceded her in death.  She is survived by her children, Lisa Eastridge and Eric Eastridge (Athena); siblings, Arlene McGaha, Bruce Mardis (Elizabeth), Linda Sinkhorn (Michael), and Patricia Bell; and grandchildren, Paige Eastridge, Jackson Eastridge, and Aimee Eastridge.  Visitation for Judy will be Saturday, January 6, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with her funeral service immediately following at 11:30 a.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051.  Interment will be at Floral Hills Cemetery in Covington, KY.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Matthew 25 Ministries, 11060 Kenwood Rd., Blue Ash, OH 45242 or St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Rd., Edgewood, KY 41017.  For directions or to leave the family a message of condolence, please go to www.chambersandgrubbs.com.
