So many to recall during our high school years at BCHS class of 1966. Most of all I will always have the memory of Jan's beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. Not to mention her innate kindness and sense of humor.
I do recall being in Gatlinburg Tn a year or so after we graduated and went our separate ways, married and lost touch. It was a beautiful day as my husband and I began to cross the street when he noticed a couple across the same street pointing at me. When I looked I was overjoyed to see Calvin and Jan. We all ran toward each other and began a hug feast in the middle of the street. Horns honked but we paid no mind. We spent the afternoon together and supper sharing and catching up.
The good Lord blessed us with Jan's wonderful personality and ability to love and survive in this world.
