Obituary of Michael W. Croxson

Michael W. Croxson, 48, of Covington, KY, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, September 28, 2023. The son of William and Cathleen {Schwegel} Croxson, Michael was born in Ft. Thomas, KY on May 1, 1975. He graduated from Simon Kenton High School in 1993 and went on to proudly serve in the United States Navy as a Diesel Mechanic. Michael enjoyed attending concerts, watching scary movies, family photos, and sharing funny videos. A proud father and grandfather, he most of all loved spending time with his children, and being Grandpa Croxson to Ivy and Ilah, who his oldest daughter is currently pregnant with.

He will be greatly missed by his three children, Jennifer Crank, Lauren (Brandon) Vollette, and Michael Croxson; parents William and Cathleen Croxson; grandchildren Ivy Anderson and Ilah Anderson; brother Andrew Croxson; and sister Shannon (Jonathan) Neace.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather William Lee Croxson.

A visitation will be held between 9 AM and 11 AM with a memorial service to immediately follow at 11 AM on Thursday, October 5^th at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike Independence, KY 41051. Michael will be inurned at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. Memorial donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans by clicking here.
