I meet Sheila as a co-worker, as I worked for the State Kentucky on many different teams. I remember seeing Sheila at different times. She was a quite soft spoken person, kind and caring. Condolences to the family. Sheila will truly be missed. Another Angel has entered Heaven. Margie Williamson
