Obituary of Sgt. William Bradley Daniels

William Bradley Daniels of Walton, age 51, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, with his loving family by his side. Brad was born on June 25, 1971, in Ft. Thomas, KY and in his younger years, was proud to be a boy scout.  He was a veteran having proudly served his country in the United States Army for 26 years. Brad was a section Sergeant and served with 10^th Mountain Division and 173^rd Airborne Brigade. During his time in the military, he was deployed multiple times for Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan.

In his spare time, he enjoyed reading- especially epics and sci-fy, cooking, video games, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. Brad was an avid Star Wars fan, favoring Boba Fett and he was every bit of a hobbyist having a passion for Legos, models, and RC cars.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Jean Daniels and Donald and Katherine Benke; aunt, Janice Schneider; and his cousin, Timothy Daniels.

He is survived by his parents, Jim and Donna Kay Daniels; beloved children, Josh (Paige) Daniels, Charlette (Zach) Daniels-Cripe, Kai Daniels, Alanna "Landon" Daniels, and Cian Daniels; his siblings, Scott (Erika) Daniels and Katherine (Jim) Morgan; grandchildren, Chayton, Brynn Willow, Grayson, Lily, and Theo; as well as many other friends and relatives who will cherish his memory.

A visitation for Brad will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Walton United Methodist Church, 68 S Main St. Walton, KY 41094. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM. Immediately following the service, Brad will be laid to rest at the Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY with full military honors.
