Obituary of Justin Tyler Garner

Justin Tyler Garner, 16, of St. Albans, W.Va., formerly of Walton, died Tuesday at his home. He was a junior at St. Albans High School and Ben Franklin Vocational Center, Dunbar, W.Va.
Survivors include his mother, Kimberly Durbin Garner of St. Albans; a sister, Leslie Garner of St. Albans; and grandparents, Harold and Mary Durbin of Cincinnati and Gertrude Ballinger of Covington.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence, is handling arrangements.
