RIP Chris Parker. The Parkers lived next door in Verona Kentucky and they knew how to do anything, from running a farm to an elegant party. Pete and I bought our first farm and we were green acres to everyone in town. But the Parkers took us under their wings. Chris could and would work with any piece of equipment going. He could plant things and build things. Actually I don't think there was anything he couldn't do. When he had his son Colt, he had that child on a tractor when he could barely walk. He must have been so loved and now so missed. The Parkers were a wonderful family and I consider his mother Gloria one of my oldest and dearest friends. She taught me so much about so much and she has lost two children far to young. My heart and prayers go out to all. Nancy and Peter Blackmore

To my best friend in school. I have known Chris since we were in 5 th grade. We grew up together as farmers and family. He was a Brother in Christ. Are families grew up together and had a special relationship. I pray for strength for his wife and family during this time.
