Obituary of Ray Lee Ferrell

      Ray Lee Ferrell, age 65, of Butler, KY passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 7, 2019 at his home. He was born the son of the late LeRoy and Rachel (Works) Ferrell on March 16, 1954 in Covington, KY.

     Ray was a workaholic having retired from Cincinnati Bell. After his retirement, he continued to work in real estate on foreclosed properties. Ray also liked to help with Northern Kentucky online auctions.

     He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Carolyn (Wilson) Ferrell; sons, Eric and Brent Ferrell; Carolyn’s children, Jim (Natosha) Ryan and Kim Ryan, and Brent Palmer; sister, Bonnie (Bob Turley); and grandchildren, Stephen Dunaway, Jacob Ryan and Patrick Ryan; and many friends.

     Visitation will be held on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 10:00AM until time of service at 1:00PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Burial will follow at Independence Cemetery.
