Obituary of Jasmine Faith Casey

Jazmine Faith Casey, 12 days, the daughter of Amy Pebbles Duncan of Independence and Donelle Tontae Casey of Cincinnati, died Thursday at Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati.
Other survivors include grandparents, Clarissa and Rolan Gamble of Cincinnati, Joan Phillip of Independence, Brian Smith of Independence and Gary Duncan of Delhi Township, Ohio.
Services will be at 7 tonight at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 5 p.m. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family, in care of Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, P.O. Box 55, Walton, Ky. 41094.
