Obituary of Catherine Kay Clem

Catherine Kay Stevens Clem, of Independence, died Thursday at her home. She was a retired cashier with Kroger's and a former food demonstrator with Bigg's. A son, Frank Clem, died in 2002. Survivors include her husband, William Douglas Clem; sons, John Campbell of Orange Park, Fla., and Stephen Clem of Independence; daughters, Marie Maines of Butler, Evelyn A. Piepmeier and Catherine Douglas, both of Independence; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No services are planned. Cremation will be at Northern Kentucky Crematory, Wilder. Memorials are suggested to Children's Hospital Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45229. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence, is handling arrangements.
