Obituary of Roberta L. Davis

Roberta L. (Walden) Davis, age 78, of Walton, formerly of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday November 4, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice.

She was born on January 3, 1940 in Lafollette, TN to the late Theodore and Sarah (Reynolds) Walden. Roberta was a Wynn High School graduate and a member of the Beta Club.

She was homemaker who enjoyed arts and crafts including making dolls and ceramics and also had a passion for horses in her younger years.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Richard "Dick" J. Davis Jr.; sons, Michael Davis (Beth), Richard Davis (Shawn) and Brian Davis (Melissa); sister Geraldine Lawson (Winston); grandchildren, Kristen Hayes, Adam Davis, Tyler Davis, Cody Davis, Dylan Davis, Sarah Mills, Rachel Brose, Hannah Davis, Emilie Blackwell and Laura Conder; great-grandchildren, Davis Hayes, Jackson Hayes, Madelynne Mamoudis, Jenna Mills and Claire Mills; nieces Rhonda Russo and Deborah McFarland.

A visitation for Roberta will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 10AM until the time of the Funeral Service, 12PM, at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Interment will immediately follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
