Obituary of Donna René Robinson

     Donna René Robinson, of Independence, KY passed away from this earth on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the age of 53.

     She was born in Covington, KY on July 18, 1965; the daughter of Lawrence and Thelma Stein. Donna thrived as a homemaker and cherished helping out and watching children. She also enjoyed scrapbooking and going to the beach. As long as there was sun and sand she was happy. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her beloved family.

     She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Stein and her grandparents, Leroy and Hazel Kumler.

     Donna is survived by her devoted husband of 27 years, Brent Robinson; loving children, Cody Robinson and René Robinson; mother, Thelma Stein; siblings, Teresa (George) Darby, Laura (John) Scheben and Dianna (Dave) Shafer; in-laws, Merrel and Mary Robinson; as well as many other realtives and friends who will mourn her sudden loss and cherish her everlasting memory.

     A visitation for Donna will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051. Burial will immediately follow the service in procession to Independence Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to either the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati, 341 Erkenbrecher Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45229 or the Brighton Center, 741 Central Avenue, Newport, KY.
