Obituary of Charles Dwayne Wilburn

Charles Dwayne Wilburn, age 53, of Ludlow, KY, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018.

Dwayne was born in Covington, KY, to Charles Wilburn and Mary Perkins. He was a construction supervisor at The Model Group in Cincinnati. In his spare time Dwayne enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling out, and loved spending time with his family, and watching UK sports. He is preceded in death by his step father, Herbert L. Richardson. Dwayne is survived by his parents; step father, Wilbert Walters; step mother, Janet Wilburn; his loving wife Anna Wilburn; children, Mark (Jennifer) Csolkovits, Alex (Brad) Hanlon, Mac Wilburn, Carter (Alyse) Wilburn, and Spencer Wilburn; grandchildren, Kylee, Millar, Lachlan, Lennon, and Ellery Grace.

A visitation for Dwayne will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 11 am to 1 pm, at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence, KY. A funeral service will follow at 1 pm. Burial will take place at Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial donations in Dwayne’s name may be made payable to the American Heart Association, 5211 Madison Rd, Cincinnati OH, 45227; or the American Diabetes Association, 4555 Lake Forest Dr. #396, Blue Ash OH, 45242.
