Obituary of Michael Thomas Mulcahy
Michael Thomas Mulcahy, age 56, of Erlanger, KY (formerly of Verona, KY), passed away surrounded by his cherished family on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
A graduate of Boone County High School and the University of Kentucky, he was a Certified Dental Technician for over 30 years, the owner of Modern-Tech Dental Lab in Florence, KY, and attended Christ’s Chapel Church in Erlanger. Mike enjoyed sports, especially watching NASCAR, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and U.K. basketball. Previously, he coached in the Boone County Pee Wee Football League. His love of life and passions extended to other things including being Poppi to his four grandchildren, fishing, drinking White Castle coffee, cars and motorcycles, and watching movies. He took great pride in being a good provider and family man.
Mike is survived by his wife (of 35 years), Cindy Rabe Mulcahy; daughters, Dr. Erin Tuemler (Matthew) and Tara Terrell (Jason); parents, Jack and Patricia Mulcahy; brothers, Kevin Mulcahy (Pam) and Andy Mulcahy; and grandchildren, Eleanor Tuemler, Boden Tuemler, Isaiah Terrell, and Emersyn Terrell.
A visitation will be held Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence with services immediately following.
