Obituary of Diane Lynn Limerick

Diane Lynn (O’Connell) Limerick, age 65, of Newport, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 in Ft. Thomas. 

She retired after 30 years from McDonald’s in Newport as a cook and attended church at St. Stephens.

Diane was a free-spirited person who enjoyed dancing, cooking, bowling, and playing cards. She was a devoted mother, sister, granny and friend who will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, David and Eunice O’Connell, brother, Butchie O’Connell and her niece, Theresa Smith. She is survived by her son, Steve Brock; siblings, Laverne Davenport, Jeanie Stultz, Vickie O’Connell and Dave O’Connell; grandchildren, Jaden Daut, Jersie Fisher and Jaxen Brock; best friend, Robert Venkant and former husband, Matthew Brock; and many other loving family members and friends.

A visitation for Diane will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 from 10AM until the time of the Funeral Service, 12PM, at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence.
