Obituary of Pauline Cooper
Pauline Williams Cooper, age 89, of Independence, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was a homemaker and a member and former Sunday School Teacher at Hickory Grove Baptist Church. Formerly, she enjoyed quilting, reading, refinishing furniture, and spending time with her family. Her husband (of 57 years), Paul E. Cooper, Sr. and sister, Alma Williams, preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Linda Wagner (Larry), Peggy Cooper, and Paul E. Cooper, Jr.; siblings, Joyce Holt (Rudolph) and Bobby Williams (June); grandchildren, Randy Magee (Missy), Stacy Robinson (Matt), Steve Fisk, Trey Cooper (Jessica), Megan Taphorn (Joe), and Zach Wagner; and ten great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Independence Cemetery, Independence, KY. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Research Center.
