Ruth M. Hon, 81, of Walton passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at Woodcrest Manor in Elsmere, KY. She was a long time employee of Johnny's Toys for over forty years, she enjoyed traveling, and gardening. Ruth was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Hon (1986), son, Dale Hon (2006), and sister Barbara Ann Napier.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Robert H. Hon; daughter, Tamara Covey of Grant County, KY, adopted daughter, Kim Reinersman of Grant County ; sister, Marie Nixon of Taylor Mill, KY; grandchildren, Kyle Covey, Tyler Covey, Chris Hon, Zack Hon; great grandchild Cooper Steven Hon.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2011 from 11 AM until time of Funeral Service at 1 PM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence, KY. Burial will be Monday May 23, 2011 at Floral Hills Memorial Garden.
