Obituary of Fred Bellamy

Fred Bellamy, Jr., age 62, of Independence, died Saturday, March 26, 2011, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood. He was a former Conductor for CSX Railroad and a member of Kenton Baptist Church. Mr. Bellamy enjoyed fishing and four wheeling. Survivors include his wife Lenora Polly Bellamy; daughter, Shannon Ramsey of Independence; son, Jeremiah Bellamy of Independence; (2) sisters, Clara Sizemore of Saldee, KY and Judy Wooten of Little Rock, AK; (2) brothers, Donald Bellamy of Inkster, MI and Gary Bellamy of Jackson, KY; (5) grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 30th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs in Independence. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Wilmington Cemetery.
