Cathy and Laura - Sorry to hear about your dad. It brings back a lot of memories of Slavans, and the beautiful home place there. Isn't it funny, the things you remember as an adult? I just want you to know that we are thinking of your family and hoping that you know how much we enjoyed knowing Tom. What a nice man. His interest in hunting always provided good conversation and he never ceased to have a great story or interesting anecdote. We will miss seeing him at the neighborhood parties, especially July 4th. First I'm so sorry for your loss, Tom is such a great man. I work at St Elizabeth in the Financial Counselor Department and Tom would stop in and see us on his trips to exercise and we looked forword to those days. When he wouldn't show we would call and check on him. He loved to tell me about his fly fishing and I would tell him that I was trying but not catching on very well. He would laugh and say just stick with it you will get it just don't quit. I will continue to learn the art of fly fishing and remember your dad with every cast. My sister, Adele Denhart Yung, and I want to express our sincere sympathy for your loss. We are John and Frieda's children. Tom's father, Al, was our uncle, so Tom was our last remaining Denhart cousin. Even though we did not get together very often, we will miss him.
