Obituary of Judy Parrett

Judy Diane Bruce Parrett, age 61, of Huber Heights, OH (formerly of Independence), died Friday, January 21, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. She was a retired Vice President/Video Producer for A.T. & T and a member of Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church. Ms. Parrett enjoyed photography, antiquing, auctions, her pets, reading, coaching softball (in her younger years), and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters, Karrie Parrett and Angela Howell of Tipp City, OH ;son, John Parrett of Independence; father and step-mother, Edward and Verna Lee Bruce of Corbin, KY; sister, Lisa Smith of Cincinnati, OH; brother, Gary Bruce of Erlanger; (6) grandchildren; and best friend, Patty Williams of Huber Heights, OH.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Services will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Committal services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Tipp City, OH.
