Scott, Dan, Mark, and families I'm so sorry to read of your dad's passing. He was a good man. It's been many years since I knew him at Valhalla Apts and you three. I, Mil, Frank, and, yes, Robert thought alot of him. I was hoping to see you but had other plans that evening. It's a small world as I'm working at Northern with Jason Davenport but only until Jan 31. Retiring. I lost my wife this past May so I can feel your pain. God bless.

Jerry will be greatly missed. He touched many lives with his teaching through the apartment industry alone. He encouraged so many to better in life and in their careers. He had such great life stories to share, he made us laugh, and he made us cry. I'm sure he is having interesting conversations in Heaven with God. Love you Jerry!

Jerry was first a neighbor, then my best friend's family friend and then the father of the man I married 17 years ago. He was a father-in-law that was always accepting, giving and loyal to his three boys. No one loved them more than their father and no one was more proud of their kids. He had a passion for work and was admired by many in his field. Dan and his brothers have always been extremely proud of his accomplishments. We have lost an important cornerstone to the Molique family and my heart breaks with the moments that will now be lost. We're clinging to the precious memories we have and look forward to when we will meet again in heaven and be together. His strong will, dedication and passion will be kept close to our hearts. He was a very special man who helped create one of the greatest gifts in my life, Dan. I thank him from the bottom of my heart for raising one of the best men I know.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. We understand the pain and grief you are experiencing as Peggy and I both lost our Mothers last year. We realize they are in a better place and the pain and suffering they were going through has ended. I cherish their memories and think of them every day. I believe this is god's way of reminding us how precious life is - and how we need to take advantage of every awake moment. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help through these tough times Tim, Peggy, Jon and Justin Henn

Jerry was my instructor for both my CAM & CAPS certifications. He was a wonderful instructor and he made all of the classes interesting and exciting to attend. His stories about his experience in the industry were always both funny and inspiring. He is one of the most sincere people I have met in the apartment industry and he will be truly missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I worked with Jerry in several companies as we shared some valuable time in our lives together and I just wanted to say how much I appreciated Jerry, his professionalism, his diplomacy and his knowledge of our business.
It was an honor to have him on my staff when he was President of the National Apartment Association while at Regency Windsor and later in other businesses we were in together. He was always a "scholar and a gentleman" and will be greatly missed!

Jerry was one in a million - what a wonderful gift God gave us all for the time we had with him. His love of life, our industry, his friends and most of all his family was huge. I've talked with many people today that Jerry helped in the industry by teaching CAM courses, mentoring, etc. and they all said the same - they are all blessed to have known him. My prayers are with your family.

Dear Scott, Danny, and Mark, I am terribly sorry to hear about the loss of your father. He was a great guy with a huge personality! Your father gave me my first job in property management and taught my CAM classes. He made the learning process fun and oh, the stories he could tell! In addition, his efforts on behalf of the local and national apartment associations were legendary. The industry has lost a giant and he will be sorely missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I am truly sorry for your loss.
