Some of my fondest younger memories of the Baird family come directly from Kaye. She was never too busy for company, and she was always laughing.
I remember babysitting those young kids...and yes Brian, I mean you...even though you threw crab apples at me, and busted out the garage window :) Kaye was such a sweet person, I knew for a VERY long time Kaye had health issues, but her greatest joy were of her children and then the grandbabies...
Kaye was a direct link between me and my daughter Michelle...she was the first to know that I was pregnant. She helped me to make very important decisions that have affected me up until this very day appreciate the fact that her and Paul trusted me to care for their children, and their home...I loved those years.
Kaye made Michelle a baby doll, one that Michelle would have today if we had not lost our home...
All I can say is that I believe with all my heart and soul that our God is a good and faithful God, and we will see Kaye and all our loved ones again.
With all my love to Paul, Pattie Jo, Brian, and Jason, I do love you all very much, and I have been very privileged to know your family.
Love you so very much - Connie Shepperd Fightmaster
