Dave Charles Cook, 28, of Florence died Saturday, August 7, 2010 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his step-father Dominic Kuchera. Survivors include his mother Darlene Cook of Florence; 2 sisters Susan Cook of Hamilton, OH and Pamela Murphy of Florence; 2 brothers Dominic Kuchera, III of Midland, OH and David Kuchera of Amelia, OH; Grandparents Lourinda Cook, Glen and Patricia Murphy and Reba Murphy.
Memorial Service will be 10 AM Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Mother of God Church of Covington.
