James "Jim" Edward Gross II, 41, of Williamstown, died Wednesday at his residence. He was a private investigator. Survivors include wife Mary Fulton; mother Jean Gross of Northern Kentucky; sons Colt Gross of Adams County, Ohio, and James Gross III of Williamstown; and sisters Becky Pofrafka of West Union, S.C., and Cheryl Andrews of Watkinsville, Ga. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Grant County. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, was in charge of arrangements.
