ELSMERE - Joseph Bernard Hoffman, 60, formerly Independence, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2010 at his residence. He was disabled truck driver for Queen City Lumber, a member of Teamsters local #100, member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church and a car restoration enthusiast. Survived by wife Linda C. Denton Hoffman, daughters Angie Rowe, Alexandria, Ky and Sara Rawe, Colorado Springs, Co., stepdaughters Lisa Hammons and Lora Barnes, both of Covington, Ky. Son Adam Hoffman, Sharonville, Oh.Stepson James Schadler, Covington, Ky. Sister Donna Toner, Cold Spring, Ky. Brothers Alan Hoffman, Alexandria, Ky Jim Hoffman, California, Ky, Ric Hoffman, Southgate, Ky. 9 grandchildren and 6 greatgrandchildren.
A gathering of friends will be held 6-8 pm Wednesday, January 13, 2010 and memorial service will be at 8 pm all at Chambers & Grubbs Florence.
