INDEPENDENCE - Claire Louise Henlin Williams, age 69, of Independence, formerly of Smithfield, RI, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. She was a retired Medical Transcriptionist and a member of Greenville Baptist Church in Smithfield, RI, who loved to quilt and spend time with her family. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Edgar L. Williams, Jr., of Independence, KY; daughter, Barbara Rotondo, Warwick, RI; (3) sisters, Joyce Naylor of Smithfield, RI, Donna Lee Baker of Marlborough, MA, and Deborah Henlin of Independence, KY; brother, Dennis Henlin of Dracut, MA; (3) grandchildren; and (3) great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 8, 2009 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Funeral Services will begin at 7 p.m.
Memorials in lieu of flowers can be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice or the Kenton County S.P.C.A., 1020 Mary Laidley Drive, Covington, Kentucky 41017
