Joshua David Stevens, 24, of Florence, died Wednesday in Dayton, Ohio. He was an employee of Adidas.
Survivors include sons, Trevor Stevens and Vincent Stevens, both of Florence; his mother, Kimberly Roy of Florence; a brother, Jeffrey Stevens of Florence and a sister, Megan O'Neal of Florence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Hughes Chapel Cemetery, Union. Memorials are suggested to Joshua Stevens Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 452, Florence, Ky. 41042
