WALTON - Evelyn Faye Connelly Sparks, 80, of Glencoe formerly of Walton died Monday, October 5, 2009 at her residence. She was a homemaker, a member of Erlanger Christian Church and enjoyed reading Danielle Steele books, word search puzzles and being entertained by her Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband George "Bud" Sparks in 2001, 2 sons Dennis Sparks in 1992 and Dale Sparks in 2008 and sister Jean King. She is survived by her daughter Donna Race of Glencoe, 3 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5-8 Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home of Walton. Funeral will be Friday, October 9, 2009 at 1 PM also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hughes Chapel Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass 7338 Turfway Rd. Florence, KY 41042.
